Michael “Mike” Daly has over 20 years of commercial real estate investment and lending experience. In his current role as an Investor Real Estate (IRE) Lending Specialist with Capital One, Mike is a consultant & analyst who provides high quality real estate underwriting analyses and loan structure recommendations that reflect business development and credit risk management objectives as they relate to various Capital One lines of business in the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, North Central, South Central, and South Eastern U.S. regions.
Michael has been with Capital One for 15+ years following completion of his Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of New Orleans, graduating with honors.
Mike is from New Orleans “born and raised” and followed his passion for commercial real estate investing after being an active real estate investor in the Mid-City and Uptown neighborhoods of New Orleans for many years. This passion serves Mike well in his current role, as he enjoys his career and working for Capital One.
Michael discovered an additional passion through Capital One’s Diversity and Inclusion initiatives which support an open, transparent culture that celebrates diversity and allows associates to be their best selves. Through these initiatives, Mike has been an active leader within the Capital One LGBTQ+ Business Resource Group for nine years.

Michael resides in Mandeville, LA with his partner and mother. He is the proud godfather to his niece & nephew and enjoys spending time with his family & friends.
