
Michael Glorioso is a twenty-year employee with Cox Communications. In his current role, he supports the facilities and environmental compliance organizations, from a financial prospective. Resides in the New Orleans market while reporting to the CCI Corporate Office in Atlanta.
Michael Glorioso has been the constant face, voice and advocate of diversity and inclusion at Cox Communications. Through his role as Co-Chair of Cox Southeast Region’s Diversity and Inclusion Council, Council Member of the Cox National D&I Council, Pride ERG Leader and a board membership on other non-profits and community organizations, Michael has actively engaged Cox’s employees through numerous volunteer opportunities and donation drives benefiting a number of local charities (NAACP, Human Rights Council, National Gay and Lesbian Chamber of Commerce, Second Harvest Food Bank, National Urban League, Covenant House and the Red Cross, just to name a few).
Michael has led employee Diversity and Inclusion efforts at Cox since 2007 and dedicated countless hours of service, first serving as co-chair of the Louisiana employee initiative and then as co-chair of the Southeast Region’s Council when Cox’s Louisiana and Florida/Georgia markets consolidated in 2013.
Michael is a graduate of the University of New Orleans with a degree in Business Administration, with a minor in Finance/Accounting. He has a passion for diversity and inclusion, and truly believes it is a core business strategy for success.

Michael resides in Harvey, LA with his partner, mother-in-law and their English Bulldog, Bella. He is a life-long New Orleans Saints season ticket holder (“Who Dat”) and enjoys spending time with his family & friends.
