Casey is originally from Lexington, Kentucky, but has lived in New Orleans for 7 years, and now considers this his adopted home. He originally moved to New Orleans after accepting a job with Humana, but left to start his own business in 2018. He is the owner and founder of Uptown Benefits, consulting small business owners on health insurance and benefit options for their employees. Casey received a Finance and Marketing degree for the University of Kentucky in 2002, and an MBA from the University of Louisville in 2012. He is an avid runner, completing numerous marathons and ultramarathons all across the country. Outside of work, he is very active in many organizations, serving as President of the New Orleans Track Club, and the New Orleans chapter of the University of Kentucky Alumni Association. Casey lives in the uptown area of New Orleans with his girlfriend, Angela, and two dogs, Booker and Merle.
